Rain Water Caused Mold In Winter Park, FL.

When a heavy rain storm came to the City of Winter Park. Our customer noticed water coming in affecting their spare room drywall and  also a musty odor, unsure of how to move forward. They called SERVPRO of Maitland - Casselberry for an inspection, to confirm how much damage they had in their home. Our estimator went out and performed his inspection, when he found mold. We were provided approval to move forward with Mold remediation services, and our customer also wanted us to perform the reconstruction services. At no time our customer had his spare room back "Like it never even happened."
